I have a Fumoto Valve and I love it!. I have absolutely no worries about it ever opening up, and if you are really scared a piece of bailing wire wrapper strategically around the housing will make sure that it never accidentally opens.

When it's time for an oil change I just stick a tube on it and shove it down one of those 5 QT. oil jugs wait for it to fill 3/4 up and then swap out with another one. I then take the jugs to the local (20 miles away) Autozone and they take it.

I have an electric one I use for my boat. It connects to the battery and pulls the oil out the dipstick also. Its the only sensible way to change the oil with out installing a thruhull oil drain. Cant really get an oil pan under there ya know.
