If you own a Dodge Charger, you know that only the outer most bulb on either side of the tail lights will flash when you apply the turn signal.

Stock Turn Signal :

This mod will enable both bulbs on either tail light to flash when you use your turn signal or flashers.

First, remove the tail light from the vehicle by detaching the wiring harness and the three bolts on either tail light from inside of the trunk. Two of the bolts and the wiring harness are accessible from behind the lining. In the pictures below, we are using the passenger side tail light...

Once removed, lay the tail light on a towel or other soft surface so you don't scratch the outside. Locate the Green wire with the White stripe leading from the Inside Bulb (the bulb closest to the trunk that does not flash when you apply the signal)

Give yourself plenty of slack from the bulb and cut the wire. On the section of wire leading into the wiring harness, use a cap, or electrical tape to seal the exposed wire...

Now tape that end to the rest of the wiring harness so it's safe and out of the way...

Now look at the Outside Bulb, the bulb closest to the outside of the car that does flash when you apply the signal, and locate the White wire with the Green Stripe...

Use a wire tap to connect the Green wire with a White stripe from the Inside Bulb to the White wire with the Green stripe from the Outside bulb...

Now tape up that connector and put the tail light back in the car. Flip on the hazard lights on and be amazed!!

Very nicely done! I did essentially the same thing with my Mustang, the inboard lamp is now dual circuit instead of just the parking lights.
